Choice Of Shipping Carrier
We reserve the right to switch shipping carriers at our discretion. The carrier may change, but the delivery time will not. If your shipping carrier is changed you will be notified when you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking email. This is usually done so that you will get your item quicker. For example, if you selected UPS ground at checkout, we may send your item via the US Post Office using Priority Mail 2 to 3 business day delivery including Saturdays.

Canada
We ship to Canada using U.S. Priority Mail International only. The average shipping cost is $17.00 to $24.00 USD. You can expect to receive your package in 4 to 10 business days. GST & PST (QST in Quebec), or HST if applicable will be due when the package is delivered.
All Other Countries
International orders are shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail International. You can expect to receive your package in 5 to 7 business days. You are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with prior approval for a full refund excluding shipping costs. All returns must be approved in advance and issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA #) Please send an email to service@ohioasc.com and we will reply with a RMA number and return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. A restocking fee may apply. We will pay all shipping costs if as a result of our error you received an incorrect or defective item. Unless otherwise approved all sales are final and no return authorization will be approved beyond thirty days of when you received your item. Electrical parts such as ice makers and water valves that have been installed are not eligible for return. Electrical parts can be damaged when installed improperly and our suppliers do not allow for the return of electrical parts that have been installed.
