Orders shipped out of the USA are shipped via
U.S. Priority Mail International. Shipping cost range from $17 to $45. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
When your package is shipped if you provided us an email address you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number. Orders usually ship within 24 hours or the next business day. You can track your package along the way.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with prior approval for a full refund excluding shipping costs. All returns must be approved in advance and issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA #) Please send an email to support@getmyfilter.com and we will reply with a RMA number and return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
We will pay all shipping costs if as a result of our error you received an incorrect or defective item. Unless otherwise approved all sales are final and no return authorization will be approved beyond thirty days of when you received your item. Electrical parts such as ice makers and water valves that have been installed are not eligible for return. Electrical parts can be damaged when installed improperly and our suppliers do not allow for the return of electrical parts that have been installed.
Exchanges If you accidentally order the wrong item simply request a return authorization number. After you receive the return authorization number you can then place another order for the correct item. When we ship the new order we will include a prepaid return shipping label for the return of the original order. Please send an email to support@getmyfilter.com and we will reply with a RMA number and return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange. After we receive the original order back, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charge and the cost of the return shipping.
