GE SmartWater WX5X3002 Water Filter Housing Wrench

The GE Water Filter Wrench (WX5X3002) is used to remove the canister or sump on many GE single stage filter systems, dual stage filter systems, and reverse osmosis filter systems.

Caution: Hand tighten the canister after installing a new filter. Using the GE WX5X3002 wrench to over tighten the canister can damage the o-rings and make re-opening the housing sump difficult.

The WX5X3002 Wrench fits the following GE SmartWater filter systems:
* GXWH30C
* GXWH35F

The WX5X3002 Wrench also fits GE systems that use the following replacement filters:
* FXHSC
* FXHTC
